He also said they'd be doing some viral marketing for it at Comic Con. And it's definitely not Godzilla either There were some rumors that it might have something to do with Cthulhu but I'm not sure how well-founded those are.

Also, wikipedia says Cthulu is the most likely scenario.

Obviously theres some sort of Kaiju influence here (insert "no ****, Sherlock) but I have major doubts it'll have to do with any sort of current franchise. Needless to say though, I'm intrigued for now, the viral marketing is doing it's job.
