Adam Sandler has had a hit and miss career. Last year's flick, Click was one of his best and one of my favorites of the year. Well, that's not the case this time.
Despite the fact that few movies have been made about two guys pretending to be gay, this movie is very predictable. It's supposed to be a comedy but I really didn't laugh more then once or twice. Maybe it was just all the male nudity, or maybe it was Ving Rhames throwing his career out the window. Or maybe it was Ving Rhames's nudity that scared me. Could be all of the above too. But this movie did not hit a funny bone in my body and I think most of the people in the theater felt the same way.
One good reason I'd go see this is Jessica Biel throwing herself at the screen, but I guess they had to make up for the gayness somewhere. The movie sends out a serious message of how gays are treated, but fails to show itself as a comedy that will last. Skip it. Unless you want to see David Spade in a two piece.
