Bad games you wish were good.

I can't believe you people are putting in a bad light to two of the best four videogame titles ever made.

Wind Waker was awesome, all it needed was less LOL TINGEL GIB U TRYFORSE MAP NAO GO FIND DEM PEISES.

Majora's Mask was an impossibly flawless game, since it had so much replay value my hands trembled after every time I played it.



also Shadow. I expected something out of it but come on, horrible glitchy gameplay and terrible usage of guns don't make up for an evern worse and more lame story.

Twilight Princess. Massive letdown after Wind Waker.

Opinions, Opinions. What You may believe is a great game, others may not.

Take for example me. I hate RE4, SSBM, and GOW, but they are widley concidered the best games ever made. I can see why, but they never entertained me.

Oh, I've allready been chewed apart for the SSBM thing in the "Reasons why SSB is better than SSBM" topic.

as I said before, I have nothing against SSBM in general, I hate the entire Fighting Genre. Yet, I can understand why the game appeals to other people. It' is a really well made and entertaining game, just like the other two I mentioned. I just can't get into them.

But, Just in case...

To tell the truth, I actually believe every game post SNES eura sucks, and games been the same for 10 years. Possibly, the Wii can save us from this.

Despite this, I respect my friends tastes in games, plus the tastes of others, and don't tell them what games to play.

Majora's mask is incredibly annoying due to the "THREE DAYSSSS" thing. If that wasn't present, it would have been great. Because of it I barely managed to get anything done, because if you're interrupted halfway through a dungeon you've got to do the whole damn thing again.

Wind Waker annoys me to no end. I got put off it the first time because of link's annoying big eyes and expression and because it was far "slower" than any other Zelda title I've played ever. I came back, did some annoying dungeons with those helper characters that sucked and got put off it again with the Triforce shard crap. Waaay too much sailing around and not worth it to see deformed characters celebrate. Zelda looks awful in that game too.

Sonic Advance 3 sucks and I can't be bothered to defend my case again about it. Very poor in comparison to Advance 1&2. Sonic 3D on the MegaDrive should never have existed because it's a complete load of crap when put side by side with the far superior Saturn and PC versions and looks so much worse than S&K. Then again I can at least be thankful we didn't get This cover. While we're on that note this one's horrible too.

and of course that damn Wario's Woods on the SNES which SHOULD be great but is ruined by the completely unnecessary voice acting that 9/10 times doesn't match the characters ("YOWZERRR!!!1") and the complete lack of decent music (I mean seriously the tunes repeat far too much without any variation at all). Understandable on the NES, but no excuse on the SNES. They plastered in some crappy voices in Kirby's Avalanche/Ghost Trap too which is why DRMBM and Puyo Puyo are 53789234 times better. Too be honest though there are a lot of similar SNES puzzlers that are inferior to their GameBoy, NES and possibly even MegaDrive counterparts (I'm looking at you Dr. Mario and Mario Picross).

And don't get me started on the game that touches children and keeps their families hostage; Sonic Genesis. That was a doomed failure before it was announced.

Twilight Princess. Good game but bosses were easy.

I didn't want to bring this up again, but 2 actually sucked compared to 1 and 3 in level design IMO.

Mario Party 8. It was alright but could have been A LOT better.


Also Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge on GBA.

Princess revived Sonic with a kiss.

That is all. Sure it may have encouraged some rather distasteful drawings... but anyway...

Haha, that flame shield thing was really clever.

Nobody say Starfox Adventures cause that was awesome. coming from a guy who isn't allowed to play Zelda.

I'll have to agree with that. =)

Something about Paper Mario 2 bugged me, but I just can't place my finger on it..... this is probably the first series that I liked the first one more than the sequel :X in other news though I loved SPM >.>


oh and Partners in Time, also didn't care too much for this one though because I dont exactly go nuts for those games that revolve around a homepoint (Princess Peach's Castle) Which is prolly why I loved SuperStar Saga much more than that too :X

Although unlike 3, 2 was actually fun to play.

To me, 2 was more frustrating than fun, what with the overuse of the R-tricks along with lots of enemies on straight runs and plenty of bottomless pits.
