You can find quite a few great free games HERE along with reviews. I myself wrote a few reviews on this site, including one of Paper Bowser World.

It has interviews with people, like the creator of Chalk, as well.

I recommend looking up Missing in the adventure section, for a great horror mystery experience, and this list is MISSING (lol) Guardians of Paradise, BTW, which is an RPG. Also check out BraveGear Tribute, in the RPG section, which is a 3D console style RPG.

Just played Little Fighter 2. Damn good game, and now I wanna netplay with someone. :[

If you want a free Quake 4-esque game, Nexuiz is pretty much as good as it gets, plus it's free. It's wicked fast paced (think Quake 3 on crack) and will keep you entertained for a longggggg time.

Nexuiz Is alot like a game of Q3A, only
with robots! Who doesn't love robots, and metallic gibs and one hell of a fast paced
shooter? The game is also moddable I hear, making for tons of fun custom maps
and models and what not.


Cloud Is actually a game
I played quite awhile ago but forgot about. The game has a real nive katamari-esque
visual feel, as well as playing style. If you need something relaxing and
fun; go ahead and try this one out.


Streambolt Desero Is an update to a game
I used to have on this list on another forum, called Streambolt. This version, is an update to it featuring new, much more crisp graphics and added gameplay. The
game is a constant action a-thon, if you stop moving you'll get swarmed by endless enemies. If you have a heavy trigger finger and need an adrenaline rush (or just want to kill some cute critters) play this right now.

other shootem-ups. The game has a nice techno track behind it that really add's to the numerous explosions and carnage going on
around you. This is a really
fun shootemup kind of like geometry wars.



1213 Is an episodic
group of adventure/platformer games that play out alot like the original prince
of persia. You platform around the facility, shoot up some baddies, and solve puzzles. Fortunately, the gameplay isn't what's going to keep you playing. The game's story is about an amnesiac lab rat, refered to by the mysterious facility's staff as 1213, who wakes up in his cell remembering nothing. Harassed daily by a mysterious member of the facility, one day his door opens with no one there.


Cortex Command
Cortex command is sort of a slow paced version of Soldat.
It's an action/strategy game where you play as a brain in a jar who has the ability to control robots, clones, and rocketships. You can buy units and stuff which deliver
from a rocket you can also control. The game is pretty clumsy though and theres only about three maps to the game, but it's really moddable and i'm going to let it
slide because it's nowhere near the finished product.


Knytt
You know those villagers at the beginning of within a deep forest?
Well in this game you play as one of them, a kidnapped 'knytty'
Who was 'napped by an alien, and while flying through space the ship is damaged
and you land on a hostile alien world. There are no enemies to fight in this game,
much like the original (WaDF) but tons of areas to explore and collect.


Knytt Stories
The sequel to the amazing Knytt, Stories improves on
just about everything the original knytt had, more areas, abilities,
and not only that, it comes packed in with your very own level editor
and tons of player made packages can be downloaded! (Check out Rayyout20's cave story pack!)

I have a fun game that will run on pretty much any computer, it's called Death Worm, unfortunately I don't know who the creator is but it's a fun game none the less.

Yeah but how do I get the clouds to do stuff?

I think when you fly by them, they kinda follow you, but it's been a while since I last played it

I recently got fear but I haven't tried multiplayer.

Either way, I really like it, and on the plus it's a game that actually scares me a little.

pretty good list here; anyway might wanna slap on jetpack and squarez, tyrian (go with tyrian 2000 full version at the top, it's the real deal and legal) frequon invaders (trippy stuff here, great to dick around with in class and such), and sdl sopwith (clone of the old apple II game, ain't nothin' like blowin' up some blue-and-purple cows while you dogfight those nasty germans)
