I showed a similar desktop ( it had a different background and the dock icons were smaller ) to people in a chat room a few weeks back and they surprised to learn it was Windows XP! Huh? I guess your using a translator so I'll try and answer to the best of my ability on what your trying to say.... If this not the answer your looking for, sorry in advance!

I take it your on about the ' icon viewer ' , its just a mac dock clone program for windows called rocketdock. Its easy to use and keeps my desktop clean.
