Let's do this again.

There's rules this time ok
Make it in MS Paint, or make me believe you did.
YOU MUST SAVE IT IN GIF FORMAT. Yes, this means crappy dithering. This prevents PNG shade disputes.
You can claim all you want, but whoever posts a tile for a number first and does a good enough job will get the tile sorry
Take any tile you want. However, if you do a tile that's next to another one, it must blend SEAMLESSLY.
It is strongly advised that the first tile of yours has your character on it. But no more than one tile with that.
You have one tile at a time. What goes on one tile, stays on that tile. The only exception to this is the landscape. So if you're gonna draw a guy on your tile, you draw him on only that tile.
I'm begging you to screw up the landscape. Add underground tunnels, waterfalls, whatever you want. Just not a huge grass field with just a little pond. MAKE IT AWESOME OK
Use the MSPaint default pallete.
I add rules if I want to.

a great way to avoid the PNG issue is by saving it as a BMP and using a more capable program that can convert it to a PNG

either that or don't base colors off of what your browser shows

Yeah but with GIF I can restrict people so we don't see a thousand shades of f***ing green
