Such a concept does not exist. There has been no way that any individual not associated with Nintendo has sold any game that involves Nintendo's characters or concepts without Nintendo's permission.

It is illegal. Period. Got it? No selling, you will make no profit unless you sell it to one of your friends in school or such, who probably won't want to pay for it in the first place.

And if you're thinking those compilation CD's that hold hundreds of fangames involving Mario ones are people "legally selling Mario games," no it's not. They are illegal.

This is the reason most fangames now-a-days say "This game was made non-profit and without Nintendo's permission. If you paid for this game, please report the incident to the creator."

Essentially, you're doing exactly the thing we're trying to stop here.
