Congratulations to those who made the top 5 of the last drawing comp, and to Mecha for not only getting second place, but also giving me the idea for this comp.

Anyway, this comp is about those lovable, flammable, and obscenely unsafe flying f- log stacks, doomships (or airships, whatever).

Because doomships are somewhat static/solid/inflexible subjects, this comp is a little different than most; you can choose to draw the ship itself (as the main focus), or some type of scene that would probably be a common sight on one of the ships.

At least one good thing about doomship design is well... they really don't HAVE a basic design, so you get to have some creativity in that area as well. Obviously this produces a problem with reference images, so your best bet would probably be using ideas from the ships Arima ripped:

Smaller airships
Battleships
Coin ship

or even the one from the cartoon:
