what. the mpa sprites I used as a ref. I used its colors but completely redrew it. but what about this part of your sentince. it doesn't make sence...

THey llok exactly like the MPA ones except they are horribly resized and that mario looks like the Super smash bros Melee mario that MarioRocks21 made

for mario: it was. I used its colors and I made it close to his (it actually isn't, if you compare them there alot different,) I just selected the color I wanted and clicked on a blank page untill it was finished.

for mpa stuff:

I did the same thing like I did with mario but I wanted them bigger so I could make mario look scared so I resized it.

so everything is custom, made from scratch except for the colors.

So you copied it by redrawing it then so that way it would be technically "custom", it isn't.

Yeah ripping off peoples sprites is quite the way to custom

That's more like an edit then.

Considering all you did was take the original sprites and remade them with a few different pixels here and there.

oh, I thought edit's were still using the origional sprite and just adding stuff cause I am pretty sure thats what editing is. cause I didnt use the origional, I made it so it bacame mine but in the style of someone elses. if you know what I mean.
