We need more time for mock ups IMO. It takes me two days just to perfect my Mario sprite.

Ultramario mentioned earlier in the thread that the default length for Sprite Comps was 1 week. Plus Guss mentioned yesterday that he'd be making the Top 5 today - the problem is, he hasn't shown up at all for that.

You may be thinking of Drawing Comps, which I believe are 2 weeks long usually.

Anyway, he's the one who decides whether an extension is added on or not. I guess we'll probably be in suspense until he posts again.

Them's strange houses. It looks like the wall begins at the door when clearly there's a little space between the door and the end of the house. Either it's thick drywall or a spriting glitch.

And the fact that "flat outside ground, isometric inside" just makes it look horrendously ugly. Add the fact that the outside of the houses AREN'T iso, and we have a dimensional problem on our hands.

Not trying to be mean, it's just... yuck.

Is this sarcasm or rudeness? Because I was just pointing out the faults that I noticed and I said I wasn't trying to be mean. If you have a problem with critiscm, then you shouldn't enter sprite compos.
