I Can't Start Tile Molester, Gives me a message

I got the Language and the -jar tm.jar taken care of but I'm getting a message when I try to start it:
XML parser IO error:
(file location name) (The system cannot find the file specified)

Anybody knows what I am doing wrong?

Print screen the error message please.

Use google to search for the missing file and toss it into your system32 folder.

EDIT: Nevermind I got it working now (forgot to put the tmspec files with it )
