Okay, 1. How do you make it so that gamemaker chooses a random minigame but always makes the boss level last? 2. How do I make it so it plays the inbeetween minigames or the winning music or the loosing music before it starts or ends the minigame?

not in Help!

1. Just do your rooms randomly then each time you go to the next one set a global variable one higher, when it reaches the number you make it go to the boss room.
2. Same way you always do music.

You already have a topic about this. Creating another is spamming.

What the hell? I already said this in another topic, when did the Help forum suddenly become the Fangame Discussion? Show me the rule that says people need proof before asking a question in the Help forum. I'm pretty sure you'd be disappointed if someone told you that they need proof that you're actually hurt when you ask a question about bleeding control.

Just have a variables of global.playedgameone, global.playedgametwo etc...

When a microgame is played, make the game set a value of 1 to the particular variable. When the game chooses next microgame, make it check the particular value; so the game won't pick the same microgame again in the same round.

The should also be variable named global.gamesplayed and each time it reaches certain number, the boss game is played. After the boss game, all variables are reset.

You should also make a variable named global.roomspeed, make it equal to the room
speed, and after the boss level, make global.roomspeed go up by 5.
Edit: To get scoring just make a variable named global.score, set it to zero, then after
each level, make it go up by one.
