Sprite Competition #116, we're goin' gameboy

It is not a mockup competition; however it allows a very broad range of things, with the GB limits being the actual topic.

I think that means it doesn't have to be a mockup, not that mockups aren't allowed.

I would think so... since its a sprite comp.

Many mockups are made of sprites, as well.

He meant that the competition isn't solely mock-ups. The subject is spriting anything with a limited GB pallette, which gives you a lot of possibilities, including mock-ups, even though Phage doesn't encourage it. Otherwise, he would have just said they're not allowed. Hoped a cleared everything up.

But the mockup comps were special comps.
Why don't we ask phage to see what he meant.

I would assume the following:
You must enter it as a gameboy entry. Then, (on your own topic or here, I don't know) you would post a super gameboy version, but it wouldn't affect anything.
