IT did say non fanmade playable characters which means vector could be the main character, but then again mario is.

It should be a little obvious that Mario should be the main character. I don't think you'd fail to see that unless you were more than a little oblivious.

I don't think Mario HIMSELF has to be the main character, but rather the game itself must revolve around the Mario series somehow.

Nothing (I did wanna use my vector croc engine for something), Anywho,the story is mario is protesting against apple cause mario fangames can't be played on macs. There will be a total of five stages with a boss at the end of each stage.
