No offence but I do have a somewhat of a hard time beliveing that.

And besides, I can't change my password rtonight plus the only other password I will remeber is under the character limit (My password here is different to everywhere else for that reason).

The error returned was:

You must use a strong password of minimum length 8 characters, made up of numbers, letters, and either symbols or upper case letters.



What? I keep changing it to something long and it wont let me.

I also find that confusing.

Considering my password is shorter.

And now I am borken between changing or not, because otherwise I will never be able to login again, the only other password I will remeber is below the 8 character limit too.

If you're getting an error, just make sure you have a password with at least 8 characters, made up of letters, capital letters, and numbers -or- symbols.
For example, these won't work:
troo%% (under limit, no capital letters)
gp32^idd"! (no capital letters)
Hey! (under limit)

but these will:
MarioAndLuigi07
WO3fo%ai2

I've used the same password for my whole Internet life, and I doubt anyone will ever guess it. It isn't a word or a scentence for that matter.

The requirement has been relaxed slightly. A strong password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 2 of the following:
- lower-case letters
- upper-case letters
- numbers
- symbols

Joey, I'll assure you that my password is good enough, since it is composed of long strings of random numbers and letters. Hell, even I can't remember it.

Heres a tip,

Randomize it (no, don't just go entering random keys with your eyes closed.)
if its too hard for you to remember, WRITE IT DOWN!
stick it inside your wallet, or in a jewel case.

There I changed my stupid password
