PM him and tell him to stop, or just disable commenting, or post a comic stating all your comments will be Author Comments; you'll only get to make the one commentary comment, but they'll realize "Hey, this asshole is trying to imitate him!"

Or post it on the forums. There's lots of things you can do, but the "Author Comment only" is the safest and easiest to do. Or PMing him.

Or you can ignore the easiest possible idea and just not state that all your comments will be in the Author Commentary box.
