Why no FAN? Just because you ***s suck at fighting Scouts with FAN doesn't mean FAN should be banned from this, IMO.
Anyway, let's talk about Unlocks, guys.
What unlocks do you use, and why?
F.A.N.: Mostly for the rage it induces in people like unobservant Snipers and cloaked Spies. I get up real close, fire one round into my target, then bat them to death. Bat somehow almost always ends up a crit, but it doesn't matter much if it isn't.
Backburner: But only in certain situations where I can get up behind the enemy team. Otherwise I use the normal flamethrower and use air blast for only putting fires out on my teammates. I can't reflect rockets for ****.
Flare gun: Mostly for the mini-crits. Depending on whether or not I feel I can sacrifice accuracy for damage.
Axetinguisher: Obvious. Always equipped except on Lupo's server for Gun Game.
Natascha: Always equipped. With good aim I always tend to screw up some Scout who, due to the slow-down, misjudges when to turn into a door way and somehow smacks into the wall. Or best used on Pyros running straight at me. I can always sacrifice damage for the speed reduction and count on my team or lucky crits to kill my all of my targets.
Sandvich: I mostly use this now to benefit my teammates and not so much myself anymore. I switch off to the shotgun every once in a while, which does wonders.
KGB: Always equipped.
Kritzkrieg: Heals more, and all crits is the most useful thing to have during the beginning of a round, right out of the gates. If my team is intelligent, a Pyro should be air blasting any oncoming ubers.
Ubersaw: I hardly ever use this because I hardly ever need to. Bonesaw is superior for taking out nearby Spies trying to get to my Havvy
Huntsman: Sometimes just for rage.
Jarate: Always. I throw this into large groups of enemies and Pyros attacking my friends for both saving my teammates and drenching the Pyro.
Ambassador: Sometimes, if I feel lucky.
Cloak and Dagger: Sometimes all I need is to sneak around without having to worry about collecting metal. There are just some situations that can benefit more from C and D and not the Dead Ringer. Useful in very open spaces where your Dead Ringer is just going to be wasted by random body shot sniper fire anyway.
Dead Ringer: Sometimes for Arena, except Watchtower.
Medal: Always. Showing maggots who the true patriot is.
