i usually use the sandman with the scout just because of how much dick potential it has with the double jump, although when runner scooting (aka 2forting) i use the regular bat for the extra hit

for watery maps i use the shotgun, otherwise i might use the flaregun, depending on if i need ease of use in the map. same with axtinguiser

sandvich is mostly for when i'm dicking around, as having a weapon that doesn't need to charge is useful. i always use the kgb, though

for the medic i really just use what i feel like using, except for the kritzkreig.

sniper i switch around between the huntsman and the regular sniper

same with spy, switching between revolver and ambass and between cnd and dr

edit: after all there are times in TF2 when you don't have someone backing you up and end up against a class you normally wouldn't be able to take on

Razorback: Not anymore.

Jarate: Always. So very useful in so many ways.

Ambassador: I leave it equipped for headshots and I just like the design.

C&D: Most of the time. Just so much better than the normal watch.

Dead Ringer: Situational. Mainly where C&D fails because of trigger happy Pyros and Nade/Rocket/Arrow spamming+unlucky turns around corners.

Me and a friend were talking today about a change for the Sticky Launcher.
As in, Stickies stick to enemies if they hit.
I mean, a grenade blows up and a Sticky flies right through you. Doesn't make sense.
Maybe even make it an unlockable. Draw backs along the lines or less ammo, or slower fire or reduced damage.

the human stickies only work within a short range of the demoman, if the person gets out quick enough, then the stickies fall off.

OKAY SOME MORE RULES FOR THE TOURNEY

-You must pick one class and stick with it for the duration of the tourney. You may change your loadout for them at any given time. (Will you go Spy to take advantage of an insta-kill backstab and invisibility with the disadvantage of having a hard time against certain classes?)

-Crits... will be decided between the two that will play. I'd personally like them off but if both of you want them on for your match just go ahead. Just don't complain that "wah he killed me with a crit rawket twice no fair".

-The map will be decided by the two in the following format:
(Entered chat)
Player one: No Badlands
Player two: No Watchtower
Player one: No Lumberyard

...and so on until only one map is left (we will be playing the standard Valve maps, no custom maps.)

-Tourney brackets. Losers will be placed in a "Loser's Tourney" bracket where the losers will receive a second chance. They will also be given the opportunity to change classes here.

-Banned unlocks? I'll leave this up to you guys.

-At the end of the match, both players must take a screenshot of the scoreboard and post it here.

-First to 3 wins... wins. Killing the opposing player or capturing the control point both count.
