You can easily replace models in the game by dragging them into the appropriate folders in your steam/steamapps/<username>/teamfortress2/tf/

if you want to use custom hats but not replace any existing hats you'll need to host your own server with a plugin installed that features these hats. This will only work on your own server though - join any other server and the feature will disappear.

And if you have a simple enough character/reference (see Vir's), I might make a custom hat for you. EDIT: Oh, and Dracon, I'm manually vectoring the Gardevoir hat's texture, and also fixing the small bug in it that I now see. Oh cool, thanks! Could you also add the REMOVE_(class)_HAT or something parameters to the list so that it works on all the classes? Or did it already have that?

P.S., I remember that someone said that your pack didn't work because of an error or something. Did you ever figure out as to what that was about?
