I wasn't aware of the function itself until today and I'd like to figure out how to do it because it totally opened up a world of possibilities for me :3c -------------------- 　^　^ (˚o˚　 )) う~ ugh i want to go to bed because i browse with sigs disabled i cannot even remember what is in mine half the time 　^　 ^ ((　ﾟ д ﾟ ) --- NO. open the team fortress 2 content gcf in gcfscape
go to tf/scripts and extract all of the game_sounds_ files to your tf/scripts folder
open game_sounds_whatever in notepad
find the sound file related to the thing you want to change
example: ctrl+f and type in announcer_ends_60sec in game_sounds_vo and it will take you to the MISSION ENDS IN SIXTY SECONDS thing
change CHAN_whatever to CHAN_STATIC
save
that's about it
