You can hardly kill people with the ubersaw, really. I'd say it makes a huge difference.

well 5 punches becomes 4 punches so it isn't that much. Crits are much more worth it.
then again how many punches does it take to get a kill?

43-87 (195 crit uppercut) is the damage according to the wiki

I'm wondering myself. Of course you have to remember that this is Valve Time, and so is probably all based off of when Gabe Newell finishes his many giant lunches.
