Team Fortress 2, and my ideas for it

That's not the problem at all. The main problem is getting people to catch that I'm actually ready for an uber. And when I finally trigger it because they're too lazy to realize it's ready, they either have to reload or take half the uber taking cover where they should be storming.

I never get more than like 3 kills doing that on a soldier.

Which is why I always end up ubering a pyro who only kill like 2 but set everyone else on fire

Another fun tip.

Don't use the Kritzkreig, its horrible for CP or CTF maps where you're trying to break through defenses, I only use it in Arena.

I use ubercharge

except it only ever worked on servers with outdated classlimit plugins anyways

Also guys, I realized, I suck at arena. My best class for arena is soldier and at most I get 3 kills in one round.

On a 5 man team (which arena always seems to be for me) thats not bad.

Also try combat medic, works well for me.

Blutsauger a good weapon against most other classes does not make.

Yeah, I managed to experience each class when I played. Bare in mind the server was overcrowded.

Scout > Got brutally beaten down by a heavy and other scouts. Managed a scattergun kill on a heavy though
Soldier > My best class for Arena, managed a few good kills
Pyro > Creamed by heavies

Heavy > couldn't get a single kill :/
Demoman > killed in a sequence by a spy
Engineer > Wasn't given enough time to build anything

Medic > Worked somewhat well, followed heavies, healed a lot, but didn't do as well as I would've as say on a payload map
Sniper > I was basically a waste of space
Spy > Spy checked...

The only person I've played as so far is the Scout. Although I'm afraid to play for some reason. Mainly since I have to play with other people and I'm afraid I'll screw it up for them.

I think I'm pretty good as a Scout though.

Don't worry about screwing up, just keep trying until you figure out what works for you.

And just a tip: crouch jump as Scout. In the air hold control. You may not see anything, but it'll be sure to throw off other people's aim if you do it right.

blutsauger is broken **** and can beat out multiple classes in combat because of how well it heals and the medic's speed (and his already regenerating health...), but you're still going to get more kills as say, a soldier. a medic should be healing at all times in arena unless he is the last one alive, or only scouts are the others alive on the team (as he can't stay with them very long)

since i rarely use the medic's primary weapon anymore i've switched back to the needlegun

because for the rare time i DO need it, those crits are much more useful than +3 health because it leaves the enemy with even less health in a situation where i'd probably be dead anyway

or you could extend your life a ****ton with the blutsauger because of the ridiculous amount of healing you get from scoring every hit with it and it still does a ton of damage.

So am I the only one who's not a hardcore game at this and does it for the fun rather than winning every time

i play it for fun, which is why i play on pubs
