Team Fortress 2, and my ideas for it

Just spent the past half hour installing the complete Appeture Science vs. Black Mesa set custom skin set.

Now to find a server that actually displays custom skins.

Draku if you're going to host, you could atleast stop whining every five ****ing seconds about the lag or how somebody isn't a that good of a player.

It was always

"shooting through walls"
"fail scout is fail"
"it sure is lag around here"
"m***s"

those are just some classic examples. And if you're going to ask what map people want to play its probably a good idea if you actually listen to them.

It got really tiring in the end. If you're gonna host, actually fit the server to the players needs and not just your needs. And with that, the disabling (1 max) of the Demo is really useless and is just on because you hate the Demoman. Not saying this because I main him, infact I didn't even play him, but limiting a class is just ****

also lol at people whining about demo and sniper classlimits

and yeah, i do get pissed when people with 500 ping play, because they lag my own server and everyone's ping rises. that and they kill everyone through walls lol (NOTICE: Only the europeans are complaining about me saying that! what a coincidence)

where the hell did you get that idea

but yeah, everyone was all ready for a payload map but hey you switched to arena. You're pretty much running the server to fit whatever you like even when there's loads of complains against it.

Arena
no demo or snipers

loads of people were complaining about switching to payload. 3 people said no payload (me, rob or bill iirc, and taiga) and 2 said payload.

from the fact that its true. after omega left everyone's ping dropped

Well you have reason to be angry about the ping, but the way you acted about it was terrible. You have a bad attitude in general and it really becomes noticeable when you host these games.

I thought these matches were going along the lines of "lets have some fun, who cares what happens?!" but it was more like they're trying to be league games where you get shredded to hell if you make one single mistake.

actually I think crits are still on unless I missed something. :/

But yeah otherwise I agree with everyone else.

This was very noticable when I was just done loading hydro and everyone was melee heavy. I was late and didn't catch the message, so I went to be a medic. The moment I spawned I was pretty much hauled with every offend in your dictionary about how I was a ****head who didn't play melee heavy like everyone else did.

thats because im a blunt ****** and i need to control my anger better, yeah

oh well!

what did you think the heavy fists only games were for? the other matches are serious, but i do fun modes every once in a while when i host. i hardly complained during the heavy matches for a reason.

that was moreso because we stated "hey, lets do melee heavy on hydro, should I start a vote on it" for ages, then I started the vote and stated it again, then we moved onto hydro and I stated it twice more before you did anything.

Yes they were fun, but it'd be nice to have some matches between the two - half and half.

all right then. but yeah sorry for complaining but seriously the ping thing is just irritating as hell

It probably wont be as high next time, my brother was torrenting and I had to keep restarting our internet so the ping would stay low for about ten minutes.

i, for one, rather enjoyed the time we had in draku's server

i'd love to do it again sometime!
