Some gamestartups have been changed, and it's turning out pretty well! There is also music for the round starting countdown, as those are usually boring! It also includes Sandman sounds for the home run taunt and a very, very appropriate Tourettes Guy soundclip for when a player is stunned! I HAVE HAD THIS AVATAR FOR EONS Group: Members Posts: 3040 Member No.: 3208 Joined: 20-January 07 Status: (0d)	i want to reverse engineer tf2 maps for tfc Downloaded some awesome skins that turn the models into low poly TF2 counterparts (think Elly's autoexec but blockier) and some view weapon skins (medigun/kit, butterfly knife, bat/shovel/axe/bottle/bonesaw/kukri crowbar replacement) and a Bot thingo. (Keep im mind TFC and TFQuake only had CTF as it's base mode, and exploited the way entities work with each other to make new modes: Attack/Defend is bring a flag to a cap in the enemy base, for example)) I'm thinking Gold Rush and Badwater Basin as Attack/Defend maps (and maybe new Dustbowl with less one-way-dominated-by-spam-nades). Arena could be done like a Push style map (take your flag to the enemies base) but the flags only become active after a little while, during which teams try to secure their cap point and defend the enemies. Obviously Turbine is plain 'ol CTF. No idea how Gravelpit/Junction would be handeled. Egypt would be same as Dustbowl (bring flag to enemy cap that's defend), Fastlane would be like Warpath? (Warpath uses a cap system similar to the one in TF2. It was called TC back then, lol). -------------------- !

When I play TFC I don't even know what the **** is going on.

Seriously.

And why do I have to press G or something to throw a grenade? That sucks.

I mean I love Half Life 1 but those graphics and mechanics just weren't ready for fast paced online play.
