Does anybody here own an FC Game Console? My mom and I are considering buying a new one from a local game shop for $30, and I wanted to know if it's worth it. According to the Wikipedia article, some games won't play at all (though I don't own or care too much about the games they provided as examples), some have sound issues (not a big deal, I guess), and some have slowdown problems if the CPU is taxed too heavily (this one might actually be a bit annoying).

The alternative is to buy another NES (our two don't work very well anymore). Game Xchange has an NES with four controllers and a Satellite for the same price, but I'm not sure that expecting a system that's probably close to a decade old to work is reasonable.

I'm pretty sure that every NES in the world is dead and not gonna work properly...well since its so old, also I'm not sure if there is any websites or stores that sell a non used NES.If their was it would probably be about $500-$1000 because it's so rare to find... nope.gif
