Go to the port. Go to the right and you''l see a rat standing next to a boat platform. Turn into a boat and find the secret area to the left. There should be a chest there that has HP drain in it.

Play the worry center sidequests, and you'll occasionally get a member card. In addition to allowing you to play new minigames I also believe they add prizes to the list.
