Because it's about the GC. Also, I'd like to be able to take the sticky down when I feel it's necessary without having to wait for possibly hours or days to go through an admin to do that. Not to say they're slow but they have other more important things to tend to most of the time.

However, I don't really need to explain myself to you. Unless you have something to contribute about "Advertisements In The GC" then there's no reason for this debate about one sticky to continue and I require that it does not. I apologize for invading your screen space with 15 pixels in height.
