Huge Pixel Art of Sonic [FIXED AGAIN - AGAIN], huge compared to my other works that is

Okay so I gotta thank MegaTailzChao for suggesting Graphics Gale. I'd recommend it to anyone into spriting. I love it for its layer capabilities, something MSPaint never had. It makes it easier to pixel from a sketch I did or use references for sprites.

I love it.

This is Sonic the Hedgehog. Not a new subject for me.




Went with some suggestions so here is the fixed up version.




Couldn't figure out antialias and am not really concerned with it. But I've taken some other suggestions into account.

Well comments like this one that are completely off subject and ignorant, I'd prefer you didn't post them.

Eh, I'm sorry, but sometimes you really seem like you don't want any criticism at all... and its almost like you're insulted when someone tries, so I wanted to make it clear.

I don't always agree with the criticism I'm given and when I don't, I take the criticism hard.

Pretty good but Sonic's mouth/nose area is a bit too big in the front.

Thanks, I have attempted to fix this somewhat according to your suggestion and some from SFGHQ.

I read what you said, what I want to know is what the **** you mean by basic. If you're going to downplay my work, you make it damn clear why you're doing it.

Basic meaning you do the same damn style everytime, theres no AA, and no proper detail.

Excuse me for following my own style.

And detail? What? It's a cartoon character. What specific detail is lacking, if you don't mind?

Following your style is good, if you actually improve it.

because something is a cartoon character doesn't mean you can't think outside the box and add detail to the sprite or make a palette that isn't boring.

And what the hell kind of detail is it you want? What pallete do I have to use to appease you? As long as Sonic isn't green, what is the issue? What am I missing here?

I've tried to listen to suggestions but you're being rude and abrupt.

Thanks to Draco, some more fixing was suggested and I came up with this.

The mouth looks weird, but otherwise it kicks arse!

Don't worry about him. He probably thinks that when you draw a cartoon character, you have to draw it in that style.
