Not with Mario though, but there are too many Stick *insert game here* games alread.

Again someone somewhere has probably done this.

Also you can't "claim" an idea. You can claim a namesake (like I did with Super Mario Classic, Jeff with Super Mario Epic, and Hatman with Super Luigi Dreams), but not an idea.

This is like saying "I CLAIM THE IDEA FOR A GAME WHERE YOU PLAY AS LUIGI!" You weren't the first, and you won't be the last.
