Kritter: Most of the **** resulting in my demodding was internal - nobody really saw things the same way as the other guy, so there were various disgruntlements and disagreements that came to a head. I'm not 100% sure about the Joey thing though, you'd have to talk to Klobber about that.

Regardless, I'm pleased with the replacements. They'll do a good job, and we can put this whole mess behind us and carry on.

What does it say about the U that this is the common perception of it though? It's doing absolutely nothing to fix its image, so if anything it's confirming that idea.

Back on the MFGG subject, if Kritter reads this. Hey. You were right about a lot of things even though I still disagree with you about a lot of particular decisions.

I still think everything that's happened today is some of the best stuff that's happened to the board in months. Completely pleased.

I knew something had to come to a head eventually, and it emerged wonderfully.

I have total confidence in the new mods, and I'm sure they won't screw things up.

Anyways, it sure took you guys a long time to resolve things. I hope dealing with it now is a sign that the mod team will work together and push to resolve issues TOGETHER from now on.

Perhaps this will usher in a new "Golden Age" for MFGG. *crosses fingers*

With Yoshiman being an admin, I feel that he'll try to get the community more involved in fangaming and hopefully have issues resolved.

I'm a little sad to see Joey go to be honest. I think he did care and he did have the right idea almost all the time. So it'll be interesting to see if this works or not.

He also did get the most crap for being a mod too.

Well joey was childish sometimes like banning other staff members for fun is an example. But other than that he knew common sense very well and was very neutral which maked him a great mod. Trasher on the other hand banned people to easily sometimes and was having a more twisted nature, His punishments itself however where never to long.

Also i think you chose mods too much in there popularity and post count rate, if you guys had chosen your mods more on maturity this would never have happened or needed to happen. A lot of other members are active daily but just don't feel like posting.

One thing that can never be said of the admins and mods is that they base their staffing decisions on popularity and post count. They chose who the felt suitable for the job. But then the inner conflicts were too much.

What I'd like to see is someone who bans at about the same rate as Joey, but is not disrespectful and rude to people and doesnt have a bad attitude.

Rude moderators ruin boards for me.

Okay, NOW I'm officially wondering this: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS BOARD?

Sure, Joey had his bad moments, and, as you can see from my warn log, I did not hesitate to make this clear. However, how far do you have to go just because someone banned you or your friend? If this is the answer, I am really worried about the future of this board.

And as for my opinion of the U, it is irrelevant, and possibly even biased, and therefore I will do what the rest of you should be doing and not giving a damn.

I felt like posting in this topic but after realizing that my opinion it's different to everyone's opinion here...I though I could get banned so I'll just say this:

Also, Joey was doing a good job...and if he got kicked out for banning these members who were popular in the PPP for doing the rule breaking things they did then "sajdgfds lol0z" this it's out of control.
Anyway, I respect your decisions because you guys made this community...yet sometimes I feel like something it's wrong with most of the decisions.(Even knowing that you don't give a damn about my opinion since I barely come here).
Oh well...Good luck with the future of this place and I hope that something that took a lot of time to get to what it is right now doesn't fall down because of stupid reasons.

Well there's no point in making my own topic after this long, so I'd just like to apologize to Trasher and Joey, as I had no intention of getting anyone fired over this. Yesterday's conflict was just the straw that sealed a decision I've been teetering on for months, and it's nothing I'm going to hold a grudge over.

I had no idea you even contemplated that kind of decision for so long.
