I got stuck in Pokémon D/P. I just got past the Snowpoint Gym, got Rock Climb, and i went to Acuity Lakefront, but there's no one battling. And i can't get inside the Galactic Veilstone HQ, too.

Anyone has a hint of what i should do? Thanks.
