Wow, an emulator was actually released for the iPhone and iPod Touch that runs GBA games at full speed! I'm very impressed with what I saw. Sound is emulated and everything! Check it out!

It's very nice and yes it is multitouch so it can easily work as a mario platformer.... the only real problem being no physical buttons but it's still very easy to play.

But WHERE IS THE TACTILE FEEDBACK

WHERE I SAY

the screen surface gives you pretty good tactile response

it isn't a holographic projection so you actually end up touching something

I played it on my friend's iPod Touch. It runs poorly for the most part, and controls can mess up often, plus L and R are in awkward places. The NES emulator just runs a tiny bit better.

I don't know what GBA version he was running but this thing runs very fast... O_o Bah whatever. Yeah the L and R need to be worked on. Everything will improve. The guy updates the app everyday!

My friend had gotten this recently. It runs at what could be argued as a normal speed, but the frame rate is horrid, and games lock up some times. :<

It's still a WIP so it's understandable. This is just a relatively good idea that needs some work done.

It's a very good start. Look into it again in a few months and you'll see some awesome stuff.
It should be horizontal, though... I'd prefer it that way.
And I'd take a SNES emulator over that so yeah. :P

Me too, but the controls on it would be a bit wonky. As it is right now there's plenty of room, but once you add in the Y and X buttons and bigger L and R buttons the screen could get a bit crowded.
