A LINK TO THE FUTURE

Trid making a more modern Link. I aso got an idea that when in public places, the Master Sword'd turn into a sort of baseball bat, you know, to be less suspicious.

I like the baseball bat thing, the little logo on the bat especially.

But if I was making a modern Link he wouldn't be wearing that weird hat, it'd be a hoodie or something instead, even if they are completely gangsta.

Cool, but the strands of hair near his right eye look flat. Maybe you could move it back a little and puff it a bit.

I should post the modern Link I did once.

In fact, I had a whole story based on the idea of a more modern Link and his comrades, including his sister Aryll and the members of his band, the Heroes of Time (Hideki [a Deku], Darunia Darmani [a Goron], and Mikau [a Zora]).

I think the hat looks good as is honestly. It reminds you that it's Link.

A bat?...a Sword it's better.
Try adding a gun, that will make him a modern Link.

PS:...the sides of his face look weird...is he wearing a wig?

Another idea I had, named Na-V1. It's basically a robotic Navi, but with 50% less anoying! Later in the game you could maybe also use it like a magnetic grappling hook.

finally the annoying little fairy got replaced with something awesome!

Now make a spritesheet and I'll turn it into a game.
So since the navi went into a robot maybe link could have a light saber instead of a sword.

and the storyline should be about the modern link trying to discover his ancestors by going to the past in a epic way

Perhaps I should describe my idea for how he gets the sword.

See, at the beginning of the game, you're just playing around, practicing with a wooden sword, some bullies steal the wooden sword and dare you to go into a cave to get it back. In the cave you end up warping into a grayscaled Hyrule Castle, like in Wind Waker. Then you get the Master Sword, but it ends up releasing monsters into the world, and Ganon/Ganondorf's essence or something.

Then for the rest of the game you're trying to find out where Ganon's essence went and it turned out it got into DUN DUN DUN, the president!

is there any space for a concept artist in the game?

That sounds "funny/odd/weird".

I like that idea of going into certain place and suddenly you warp into future/past...or maybe an adventure in which link has to travel to the past and future...like going to the past and doing something there so something else happens on the future depending on what you did in the past...confusing really xD

Another idea, the Cult of Majora!

These guys basically worship Majora's Mask (though luckily, they don't have it). The unfortunate thing is, after years and years, the story's been twisted around a bit, explaining the botched appearence of the guy's mask.

They believe that the Link from Majora's Mask actually wore Majora's Mask to fight the Fierce Deity Mask. You can find text for them in dungeons to help them learn more. By the time they find out Majora's Mask almost destroyed Termina, they decide to disband, but they give you a nice prize for helping!

One of the members is a smithy who gives you what he calls "Majora's Armor" which pretty much works like the Magic Armor from TP.

Looks alot like Ness. I think that you should give him a garbage can lid shield.
