Super Mario Legacy [DEMO 1 RELEASED], A 3D fangame

Okay, a huge update today. I've finished the basic AI for the World 1 boss, Megakoopa. He's basically a huge Koopa.



Well, he looks pretty intimidating.



He jumps in the air, slowly homing in on you...



...and he misses, flipping over. He starts squirming around. [insert fat joke here]



When he's flipped over, you can attack his weakpoint for MASSIVE DAMAGE (one hit). He gets faster and more efficient as the battle goes on, and spawns helper Koopas after the first two hits (isn't fully working yet though).

New demo:

New Demo

Contains all of World 1, including the boss, and a very basic story intro.

In your new demo, when I got up to the lava level my computer froze up. This new demo seems slower than the older versions.

Well, I got to both new levels, and I have to say, the lava level was wonderful. I actually died while playing it, it has a couple tricky spots.

The way you gotta get the star was neat. Spoilers:

As for the boss, he was also quite hard, but he was also very fun. My only problem is, he needs some opening text to show that hes a boss, as he doesn't feel threatening, except for the tough homing attack.

Get some more threatening music, and give him a couple opening lines if you can, using the same image thing you used for the sign. Like the boss is just walking around, you walk up to him, he says blah blah blah you shall not pass blah blah blah, battle starts.

Thats a nice game man, but you should add some triple jumping in there :P

I tried play this game with my portable computer, with Windows XP Home Edition in Spanish and I can hear the sound.
Why I can not see the first level?

EDIT: I tried play this game with my computer no portable, with Windows XP Professional in Spanish, I can see the three levels and in the third level appeared an error message.

Hey MrGuy, this game is so awesome! But i only i have issue. When i die and i start again the games FPS drops from 20 to 10 and then lowers steadily for some reason but if i dont die it plays perfectly fine. Heres my specs: Pentium 3 866mhz with SSE, 256mb RAM, 128mb geForce fx 5200.
