The guy with the helmet is the main character, although he doesn't have a helmet all of the time. The Cheetahmen are enemies and walk forwards and backwards, but are rather easy to avoid. The guys in the background are just random backdrop objects, much like hills in Mario.

you were probably gone when i posted the apps

anyway part of the HWA update will let objects use pixel shaders (pretty much making ink effects obsolete), and i think they're working on allowing shaders to affect entire layers

EDIT: and yes MPUZ needs shaders for some things like starman

I tried using BS 2007 tileset but for some reason when playing the game the tiles on the far right where invisible, my guess is the tilesets to large for gamemaker to render.

I compacted it.

As in, made it smaller than what he made it to get rid of gaps and stuffs.

It works perfectly fine for me. No problems.

See the amazing thing about my tileset is that it is specifically designed so that people should edit it, hence the reason I stuck giant bold letters saying "Recolour this sheet".

GameMaker agrees with me.
