Lakitu gets Mario back up when he gets knocked off, however he will let Mario die when you jump down on purpose.

Also Ultramario: I was hoping you guys would enjoy a playable demo more than a video =(

I can't speak for everyone else, but personally I prefer videos of demos then the demos themselves, and would rather save actually playing it for the full game.

That's true too.
However, I prefer a demo since that way I can adjust a few things before going all out.
I definitely won't throw out one demo after the other. I'll have one of the first two or three levels and then you won't get the game until it's finished.
