Are small indoor areas allowed, if it's focused on outdoors? Say, wintery log cabin type areas? 2. Does it have to focus on the usual outdoor activities, or can it generally focus on mainly being in an outside winter setting? 3. Are characters like Mario allowed to have small cameos? -------------------- -would like to borrow 800 some dollars to buy a book- Gunpei Yokoi in Credits - is being sadly neglected, sorry :( Refrence (details)(Design by Jay) Also available in classic(Drawn by Press Start) ignore this [Still an Operation Sam participant]

How to play: After the countdown, quickly hit Z to launch. You go faster than your enemies, collect coins for points. Nothing happens when you or the enemies reach the finish, so don't go all "GLITCH GLITCH" -------------------- aa this broke Make your own \| If a level is breaking the rules, note the ID and PM me. 1. That would be okay.
2. It can be anything, as long it is outside.
3. As long he is not there in person. Paintings and cardboard are acceptable.
