edit some kirby advance sprites since yours is a recolor of cupid kirby thats all you have to do for a sheet.

Actually, see the screenshots? Well take the ship out of those screenshots and recolour and edit it till you like it, then use the sprite in your ref as the character selection thingamabob. Easy as pie.

I hope it will be hard like the original. Anyway, is the engine advancing? I like the idea, I haven't see a lot of gradius games made with gamemaker.

Your taking someone else's sprites for the sake of getting in.

Just a question: is THE FACE in? Because it's not on the boss list...

The lists are for members. The face is in. Also, who likes the idea of this:
the evil SVH master is defeated in a battle, but then he calls upon the face in his special monitor designed to hold it. But the face absorbs the SVH and becomes the SVF and then you defeat SVF so the face destroys the SVH then the face starts fighting you.

SoVeryFACE, eh? Sounds cool, though I do wonder how you'll sprite it and how it'll fight.

Plus that'd make for a ridiculously long battle, although I like those so it all woiks out.

Edit: LEVEL IDEA!

Planet Aquagap. Think an African waterhole, and you've got what I believe this level looks like. Part of it takes place over water, part of it takes place over land (making for air-based enemies only over the water and land- and air-based enemies over the land. I've got an idea for a land enemy here that'd jump in from the right side of the screen and try to destroy your ship - it's a ripped Simba sprite from the Lion King GameBoy video game, and I could try to get it for you if you want.

I'll upload the music for said level upon request.

I shot fire from the wire the gray missiles from the 01 cannon and the boomb bils from the evil 0.1 cannon.

It was supposed to be a boss. I'll make it bigger, if you want.

Instead of having it be a planet themed around water, you could have it take place on a website with the background of an ocean...

Maybe... or I could save bits and pieces of the water themed skins from MFGG and put it together as a level.

I'm confused why donut gets in when he has under 100 posts, unless he's an old member returning with a new account.

He's mainly am main siter, so he let Donut in.

Donut is not a n00b, even though he's new to the forums, he's been on the mainsite for a while and he does good rips and stuff. On the main site if you said TJ the Kid everyone would understand you but then if you say TJ the Kid on the for7ums in front of a bunch of forum-onlyers they'd go 'huh?'.
