Yes, yes I did. But only after trying to make it custom, which looked even worse than that.

(You are right though, seeing as how I had enough time to fix up the animations, but for the most part, I haven't learned how to make animations.)

Sprites being Pixel Art is not an opinion... It's a fact. All sprites are art made with pixels, so they're pixel art. Not all Pixel Art are sprites though.
BAB's can totally be a sprite.

First things first, yes, sprites are pixelart, if you define that as anything made pixel by pixel. However, generally the term is used in reference to pieces that don't conform the definition of sprite, which for the purpose of these competitions is the one Joey used there.

Yes, that does impose some fairly strict limitations on what's acceptable, that's the point. Don't like that? Go enter the art competitions, they're meant for the sort of static, large entries you seem intent on ruining the sprite competitions with.

If you are going to call ANYTHING a 'pixelart' and not a 'sprite' it would be some sort of static scene using no transparency or single colour background. How can you say something that isn't even the largest sprite in the competition and is clearly designed for the purpose of being in a video game a 'pixelart'? And as for ruining the sprite competition. I'm pretty sure people are enjoying my sprite, or else wouldn't be beating all the 'sprites' here now would it?

As for my comment about ruining the competitions... Eh, disregard that, that reflects my own opinion more than anything I can really back up.

First of all I said "TO ME" so stop with the fact thingy, it's just my opinion.
Also, if pixel art are sprites then it's pretty understandable that they call them something else right? oh snap!
Also, I voted for the usefulness of the sprite, one image won't help me...I said it won't help ME! so don't post saying this is useful, because it can be useful but not to ME.
And Banana Head, Watch them say "JOEY WAS A BAD MOD SO WE DON'T CARE WHAT HE SAYS", even know he is right on what he stated.

And for the record, PEOPLE READ BAB POST1 HE STATED HIS ENTRY WA SPIXELART AND THAT ITS BETTER THAN THE OTHER ENTRIES WHICH HE CALLED "SPRITES!"...I say apples sucks and at the end I post that I like apples and they are better than anything else, am I dumb?
