Can someone please tell me which items to pack and what levels I should be and what partners to use in order to get through the 100 trials WITHOUT using half my FP/HP healing items and all of my FP by the time I get to level 70? Considering, the teleport Puni is totally random and is sometimes very rare to find.

Second, where can I actually level now that I beat the game and I wanna be tough and buff for the 100 trials? I'm level 28 now, and even fighting things in the Palace Of Shadows gives me only 1 or 2 EXP. Any suggestions?

Hmm, in the pit, use the HP drain badges, and the heart/flower finder badges. And some feeling fine badges for that awful nasty at the very bottom. tongue.gif As for leveling up, search for some amazy dayzees in the twilight trail. Or you could just go through the pit, the things on the later levels give some good exp.

Fighting Rawk Hawk not only gives you 20 coins, but also gives you 3 experience points. Try that sometimes. You can fight him as much as you want and he's easy. (That is, if you've already gone back to Glitzville and fought your way back to the top.)

I have. I'll try that.

My problem is me and my partners' defense. I can make it all the way to level 80 and barely alive with all my super shrooms used up. I realized you can completely block any attack with the B block, direct attack or not. But that's extremely hard to do. Thing is, I have the Defense Plus and Damage Dodge badges on and Mario still takes lots of damage.

HP drain badge sounds.. bad. I don't like the fact that my HP decreases to increase my offense, being as losing HP rapidly is my main problem. I'll try the Heart/Flower Finders, and save the Feeling Fine and Feeling Fine P for the last boss. I don't have much BP though, about 38 or something, and I'm saving up for the defense-type badges which usually take up 3, 4, or 5 BP. But I suppose I can level up my BP with Rawk Hawk. Blaahhh. It's too bad your attack and defense never increase when you level.

OH, nevermind, HP drain drains my attack but steals 1 HP from my enemy, I see. My bad. I'll use that.

The shop underground for 200 coins. (For info on how to get enough coins, see my "How to Get Coins" topic.

Also, if you help out the shopkeeper in rougeport with his trouble, he'll give you an Ultra Shroom.

Another useful hint: If you do an Ultra jump from on top of the yellow block between the ledges in the jungle on Keelhaul Key, you'll get a Jammin' Jelly. biggrin.gif

Pack with you some Life Shrooms, Ultra Shrooms, and Zezz Teas (made by cooking a Golden Leaf).
To level up fight Amazie Dazzies in the forest path that leads to Creepy Steeple, just atack the Crazy Dazzies you will find an Amazie Dazzy eventually.
