1: How does the badge system work?
2: How do make it to where, when someone highlights an image, a text box pops up that says something?

It's either this or directly from a code. Because the code I have, you have to manually update. I'm not sure about here, considering IF is different than this version of IPB, admincpwise.

Just push the ''QUOTE'' button above the said post
You can edit the quoted text that is below the box you're typing in or something like that
also quote code works like this
