My wifi won't work with games, It works with the WFC menu though

When I try to go online with a game, it doesn't. If its not, you will be able to connect through the DS setup, But the game will not allow you to connect. (Do i have the symptoms right?) You will find a blue icon in the system tray (Next to the clock) Doubleclick on it. Try connecting using the Setup menu. The name you registered to the DS should show. Right click on it, Now click on "Allow permission to connect" Ill have to wait for you to come back online if you require further assistance.
