Grr. Height problems!

So I'm trying rather hard to lose weight and have accomplised so far the feat of going from 200 to 188 pounds. Now here's the problem. I'm 15 and (no silly remarks or whatever!) I'm only 5'7" and even when I was told that I'd grow a couple inches taller if I lost weight, and I'm currently doing the latter very well, but there's no results from the height department. I'm afraid that I'll stay at 5'7" and I won't grow anymore So two questions: 1. Is it horrible to see a 5'7" person standing in a crowd of people who average at least 5'11" or something in height? 2. Is there any dietary plan that could help me grow taller? Note: I have lots of calcium in my diet and exercise regularly, I'm not sure if that helps. As I said try to contribute and make no silly remarks ok?! -------------------- a more suitable ref (sunglasses not compulsory!) bye oldmfgg ;O;

well it increases your height/width ratio so i guess it would appear to make you taller

But my face makes me look alot older so I'm not that upset, even though I do wish I was taller. I can't have my girlfreind being taller then me. Also, eating right plays no role at all. you can be a fat obese eater and still be 6'5 tall, it'll just take longer. you height is pre-determined, and there is nothing you can do to change it, besides surgery(leg plates) and over lifting weights to stunt your growth. -------------------- Vinal Castle
