Grr. Height problems!

Someone lied to you, Tri. You won't get taller if you lose weight.

You'll appear taller if only because you aren't as wide as you were before.

There's really no dietary plan for growing taller other than to drink lots of milk for calcium and exercise. I know kids who were a foot shorter than I was a few years ago, who are now much taller than I am, and they led very active lifestyles (played basketball for fun, etc).

I'm also 5'10" - 5'11", somewhere about that range.
