Sprite Showcase, Show off your finished sprites!

This topic will be dedicated to showing all the finished sprites for this project. I'll try to keep this first topic as up-to-date as possible. Please note that there is always a chance some of these sprites might not get used.

No, not at all. Everything about the Buzzy was great except for the shell. I made the shell using the exact same colors you used at the exact same size. I was going to put your sheet up above the shell sheet when you posted it.

Will this help? I saved these to use as refs

Oh, okay.

The only thing I dont like about it si that the shell doesnt match with the buzzy when he's out of his shell.

when he's out, theres lots of curves and such, yours is really flat.

Couldnt you edit my original spin to make it look better and still have the curves?

I could try making the rim on mine rounder, but I don't think I'd be able to work off yours. :(


For now I'll put your sheet up unless you need to edit it for something.

I have an idea for the spin that I want to try. I'll post it if it looks good.

@SGG: Okay, I tried making the rim rounder and I can't seem to make it look right. Hopefully people won't notice much of a difference...

@Project_MK: Weren't you going to make changes to that pig? Like about the palette? Fuzzy is good, but I don't know what the style does about solid-color objects, so you'll have to ask MR21. The Bill's pretty good, but it needs a tad more antialiasing and a a few more poses. I'm afraid the Chomp will have to be redone, though. >:

@-Bwario-: Well, it sorta helps us know what we're missing...

I think this looks about right, although I would need your help with the upside down ones cuase I cant shade them that well.

We should probably take further discussion of this to the Sprite Workshop. :P


It's a lot better, but something about the animation seems weird. It's like... spinning at a fluctuating speed, if you know what I mean, like it's mechanical or something. It wouldn't be bad if more frames were added in the right places, but for 8 frames something isn't right...



I'll be waiting for your response in the workshop. :3


@Armada: Not bad. It'll require some antialiasing and shading, though. I'll make an example and post it in the workshop, okay? :D

All rigth, I think I fixed the AA. :U

Then again, Luigi doesn't have nearly as many sprites as Mario and I assume is a WIP, too, but there are too many poses to ignore. :P

Is the Koopa I made is finish or still need work (Its not the one you saw yesterday I just added it today)

There isn't much more to do with Luigi except alter poses like Marios but more in Luigi fashion.
And what more should I do with Lakigeist?
And we need our own Community Fangame Site to showcase everything...besides a forum, I mean.
