His looks like it has hooves on the hands, and the head is kinda wierd. My pose is in a more classic way like in SMB3.

I'm using this video as my template actually, plus your Mario walkcycles of course.

BTW, we should totally have them make those noises when they walk.

If you start on the tileset, please, if you could, do calm water first. Thats all I need to finish the Bloboo boss sheet.

Looks like the Koopa Kids are harder to sprite than I thought. :0

I might give it a go after I finish the Koopa shells. :3


@Waluigi: His head still looks pretty large for his body, even when compared... maybe make is body a tad thicker or something?

@Spoik: So, what exactly is Spoik? I don't think you explained it to us...

Spoik: He is a enemy and a object to get to places.
HE moves up and down so you can jump on him or over him and if you ground pound him he will crash down and die.
He can be side ways upside down or anything, he mostly a blockage enemy and a enemy to get to place.
The spike version can only die with Fire Mario and if you jump on him you will die or loose a life so the hole point of thoses you must jump over them and dodge them.

yours is closer to the right size and all, mr21, but to me it looks more like lemmy koopa than iggy, mainly because the hair is too short
anyways ive changed it to make it look smaller the hands and feet were just rushed to show what it will kinda look like, if you know what i mean
but heres some size comparison stuff anyway ill make a sprite to show what the hands and feet will look like, then we could vote or somethin which looks better
i really do like yours though

Well, ever since General stopped posting the Yoshi has lain dormant in the topic, untouched.
I decided it wasn't that much in style so I re-did the Yoshi head and then edited General's Yoshi's body A LOT. I will fully animate it with Mario riding him, tounge lick, and other. I myself think the head is a huge improvement, and also the body looks more Yoshi-like. Thanks!

I don't really like either of the Iggy attempts (no offense), so I tried one myself.

Something is totally wrong with that face.
And something seems out of style with the body...maybe not enough contrast or shading? I don't know.

It may be that you included the lightest shade above the mouth that made it look connected to the open mouth...maybe the whole mouth's outline should be black? (cept the inside)

It sorta looks like his snout is imploding into his mouth... :x
