The animation on SGG's isn't as awkward as you'd think. It looks quite good.

@SGG: Wait, I thought you already finished your third version of the spin. :(

And if you just want to have it so the Buzzy's head is showing inside, just tell me. :(

@Armada: Ah, so it is. Then I guess it was too pale to begin with. :(

@Pucifur: Sure it looks nice and smooth, but it's really quite strange to someone who's studied physics and movement in Mario games as much as I have. D:

I know what looks right, and his animation can even pass as natural. Just imagine the Buzzy resting in the back of the shell, which changes the center of gravity.

Exactly, hence why I kept him visible.

And one more thing!

I fixed that jumpy part

edit- it went a bit faster than I meant.

also, I notice a problem with the tail hoe but I already fixed it on my sheet.

I messed with the walking anim, it looks a bit weird to me now. His arms are so short they don't bend well.

Also, Perdian. Do you think I should use a non-white pallet?

All right, but what about Empty Buzzy shells? We'd never be able to have them.

Oh, and the animation is a bit messed up. The bottom of the shell keeps changing sizes and the backside of the shell is deformed and changes height between frame. D:

Edit: Actually, now that I look at it, the rim changes height when it goes behind the shell as well. D:

@Armada: It probably looks weird because it looks like he's running, but his body isn't bobbing up and down. And yes, Lantern Ghosts aren't white. :P

Those are the curves I was talking about. It's supposed to do that. Unless I missunderstood, but it sounds like you just described the curves.

Also, the white part doesnt jump around. I'm looking at it right now and it's even the whole time.

@Pucifur: Even when it's facing straight at the viewer vs. the straight away from them?

And I'm afraid the animation is a bit less smooth now that I look at it like this. D:

That should be changed, yes. Also, I told SGG in a PM that two frames would either need to be added or removed to make the animation smoother (add a frame before and after the front-facing frame OR remove the two on either side of the back-facing frame).

Oh no, cuase I'm sure everyone will be playing there games with the magnification at x400. And dont forget, they will be sliding very fast across the ground.

Pluss, fixin the bottom part.

So the faster it's moving, the less effort we can put into to it to make sure it's correct? D:

Take your pick.

The second one has a smoother, more fluid animation for the Buzzy's face, but the back now has too many frames and goes too slow. D:

But both their animations are inconsistant. :(

Edit: And if you're doing all this because you think I want credit for your Buzzy Beetle sprites, just know that I could care less and never even put my name on any custom sheets I make. :(

But if you are doing this because you want to be the one who makes the whole sheet to become a better spriter, then don't skimp out on things like "quality" just because you don't think people will be paying attention to it. D:

I want to be a better spriter, the problem is that your nitpicking at the smallest details that noone else is even agreeing with.

So if nobody else notices it, that means I'm wrong? D:

Isn't pointing out flaws the exact thing you need to improve? D:

And you can't say that not a single person agrees with me when the only other person actively posting is Pucifur and everyone else is offline or not caring (excluding Armada's slightly vague "I agree"). D:

I did, and I posted it, but instead of commenting on it you simply stated we weren't using mine. :(
