I'm thinking his body should be a tad bit fatter, about a pixel.
But you could be right

Give him his Wario Land moves, like ramming into enemies, throwing them..

And it looks like his feet rotate around the body when he walks..

The shoulders and arms are a bit weird too.

Yeah, shading looks a bit wack. I'll fix it.

But now it's slow and his head isn't bobbing

His head isn't supposed to go up and down, but he rises on the long steps. Let me tweak the animation.

Dangit how do I loop animation?

Edited the head a bit, added the talk sprite, and made walk. It's the cheap "moving circle" walk, but there isn't too much else I can do with Toad.

The feet bug me, for there very round, a lot of the bottoms of the feet here are flat. And the eyes bug me too, but I don't know why...

Well, it's not too hard to edit the feet, so I think I'll do that. As for the eyes, there isn't much I can change.

I think you should use arm movement while he walks.

Meh.

Bobbing the body makes it more smooth and realistic. Try walking in place in front of the mirror, and you'll see that your body moves up and down.

Dang it I was plannign that for my Wario idle.

Plus I don't think Waluigi would scratch his butt.

EDIT: He does that normally but the animator put everything on top. It does when you compare the body height, two makes him go up a pixel, like Dex's.

Oh. Crap...well...awkward.

Either way, I can't imagine Waluigi scratching himself like Wario.

I was going to have him do something with his 'stache but that would be too Dick Dasterly like!
