seeing as we're still getting topics about the little event that happened, i have come up with an idea:

upon a member logging on for the first time since the incident, instead of seeing the forum index, they will be presented with a description of said event in very large letters and very easy words

at the end of the page, there will be a quiz; failure to answer every question correctly will constitute a refusal to allow said member to access the board until they pass said quiz

yay or nay

Since the News Forum description is more specific now, it's impossible for any thinking person not to get the message, I'm sure.

Anyone who posts another topic like that would just be breaking the stupidity rule and IMO earn a b&.
