I don't think every violent game is stupid, but I certainly think it's stupid if a game is violent or shocking for the sake of being violent or shocking.

By the way, though Game Informer is far from a reliable representative of my views on games, it's probably relevant to mention that NMH got a 6/10 in it (I think).
